The following Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all services provided by Zetexa Global Private Limited,here in after referred to as Zetexa, related to the resale of prepaid eSIMs and Virtual Numbers (DID) , The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean Zetexa Global Private Limited, whose registered / operational office is C-604, Hinduja Lake Front Estates, Cave Temple Road Bengaluru Karnataka 560076 . "you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and mobile applications / or agreed to purchase from us.

Zetexa engages in the resale of prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase their eSIM cards on the website https://www.zetexa.com and / or the Zetexa App. Payments are processed through trusted platforms such as Razorpay (https://Razorpay.com) and PayPal (https://paypal.com) with the use of a credit card alias (virtual Credit Card Imprint).

These Terms and Conditions are accessible on the Website and Mobile applications of Zetexa https://www.zetexa.com.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

• The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with eSIMs and is network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on the carrier and country of origin; Customers are advised to check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided during checkout. By confirming that the Customer's device is eSIM compatible, the Customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information. The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, and newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added
• The service contract between Zetexa and the Customer commences upon the completion of the order on the Zetexa website https://www.zetexa.com or through the Zetexa app. The activation of the eSIM and compliance with the Activation Policy are the sole responsibilities of the Customer. The contract will be terminated if the Customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device
• Accepted payment methods for Zetexa services include Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Payments are conducted in US Dollars ($)
• Zetexa affirms that all Charges are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Customer is not entitled to offset any claims against Zetexa's claims, except when the Customer's claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment
• Upon purchase, the Customer will promptly view the acquired eSIM under the "My eSIMs" section on the Zetexa website https://www.zetexa.com and/or the Zetexa app. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer after the purchase, and installation information will be exclusively available on the user's Zetexa account
• In Zetexa's credit reward system, known as Zetexa Coins, users enjoy a cashback directly credited to their Zetexa accounts. These Coins are earned as a purchase reward when transactions are made using various payment methods such as Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. It's important to note that earning Zetexa Coins is not applicable when discounts or referral rewards are applied to the purchase
• Customers have the flexibility to use Zetexa Coins for their purchases or combine them with other payment methods like
  Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay. The reward amount in Zetexa Coins for combined payments is directly proportionate to the amount paid through these methods. However, it's worth mentioning that any existing Zetexa Coins in a user's account cannot be converted to any other form of credit and are exclusively credited to the user's Zetexa account for future transactions
• Furthermore, users should be aware that Zetexa Coins, whether earned or to-be-earned, are strictly non-transferable between different Zetexa accounts, ensuring the integrity of the reward system
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law
• Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website and / or product pages meet your specific requirements
• Our website & Mobile applications contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions
• All trademarks reproduced in our Website & Mobile applications which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website
• Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense
• From time to time our Website & Mobile applications may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information
• You may not create a link to our Website & Mobile applications from another website or document without Zetexa Global Private Limited’s prior written consent
• If the Customer decides to enable, access, or use third-party services, please note that the interaction with those services is governed solely by their terms and conditions. Zetexa does not endorse and is not responsible for any aspect of these services, including their content or data handling practices. The Customer waives any claims against Zetexa regarding such services. Zetexa is not liable for any damage or loss related to the Customer's use of these services, and the Customer expressly permits Zetexa to disclose their data to facilitate their use. The Customer may need to register or log in on the respective platforms of these services
• Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and / or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India
• We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
• Zetexa is not liable for damages arising from the unavailability of the proposed service. Zetexa does not guarantee constant availability of the network service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zetexa, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. This applies under any theory of liability, even if Zetexa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Zetexa's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one dollar or the amount paid in cash by the Customer for the prior one-month period.
