• Dates, Destination, Geographic Location and Duration of Travel
• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, if required
• Other information relevant to customer surveys and / or offers
• eKYC Verification: In our identity verification process, we may request you to under go an electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) check. To complete this, kindly submit a photo of a valid passport, driver's license, or national ID card, along with a selfie. We utilize a third-party eKYC service for this verification, ensuring the secure transmission of your data solely for identity confirmation purposes. Your information is accessed only during the purchase, and if necessary, shared with network operators providing the eSIM requiring eKYC
• Our Terms of Service state users must be 18 or older, or 13 and older with parental or guardian consent. Zetexa does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we discover such information, we will make efforts to identify and delete it from our database
