Shipping Policy

  • This policy is applicable for Physical esim or UICC only
  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered courier companies and / or speed post only
  • Orders are shipped within 0-7 days for Domestic and 7-21 days for Non-Domestic or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms
  • Zetexa Global Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation
  • Delivery of all Physical eSIM or UICC orders will be to the address provided by the buyer
  • To ensure a successful delivery, your cooperation is essential. Refusal to accept a shipment will incur return shipping costs and additional charges. You are responsible for all local fees, such as import taxes, customs, VAT, delivery charges, and others imposed by local authorities. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid local charges or an incomplete address, you agree to cover return shipping and associated costs. Ensure the recipient's name is clearly visible on the mailbox. In cases of a return to sender, regardless of the reason, you are liable for return shipping and related expenses
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration
  • The Customer acknowledges that the shipment is considered received when it is shown as "delivered" in the shipping company's tracking system. The delivery does not need to be signed by the Customer or anyone representing them, including a forwarding agent, and may be delivered to any location at the shipping address, including but not limited to the Customer's mailbox or a neighbor's
  • Shipping or return shipping costs are not refundable for Physical eSIM
  • Customer agrees to a USD 15 processing fee to Zetexa for each dispute of "item not received" or similar, when the shipping company indicates "delivered," regardless of the dispute outcome. Additionally, a USD 15 processing fee is applicable for disputes indicating "Acceptance refused," "Not Picked-up," or similar, irrespective of the dispute result
  • Complaint reason "item not as described": For each "item not as described" or similar dispute, you agree to a USD 20 processing fee to Zetexa when the Zetexa APP reports the device as "not compatible" or "not yet compatible," regardless of the dispute outcome

  • Delivery Timelines: International shipments typically take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery duration and the destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Zetexa.com takes no responsibility for any delays caused by customs inspections or procedures. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Indemnification: By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Zetexa.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any customs delays, import duties, or other related issues.
