How Zetexa partner pricing works
Wholesale rates, your own markup, one wallet.

- Set your own rates
- Wallet-based billing
- Pricing by program
Zetexa prices connectivity to partners at wholesale or reseller rates, and partners set their own retail price on top. Partners fund a wallet that is debited as they sell. Terms depend on the program: API and white-label partners agree their pricing tiers with Zetexa, resellers buy at agreed reseller pricing, affiliates earn commission with no wallet, and ancillary products such as lounge access are priced per partner by volume and channel.
The model in one paragraph
Zetexa sells connectivity to partners at wholesale pricing. The partner decides what to charge its own customers and keeps the difference. Money moves through a funded wallet: the partner tops up a balance, and the wallet is debited as the partner sells. The same wallet handles refunds and top-ups, so there is one balance to reconcile rather than a separate invoice for every order.
Pricing by program
| Program | How you pay Zetexa | How you earn |
|---|---|---|
| eSIM API | A funded wallet, debited at wholesale pricing as you sell | Your own markup on top of wholesale. Sub-agents and retail resellers can have their own pricing |
| White-label | Coverage and pricing tiers chosen when you connect to the API | Your branded product, priced as you decide |
| Reseller | A funded wallet, debited at your agreed reseller pricing. Your account is set up with starting credit | The margin between reseller pricing and what you charge |
| Affiliate | Nothing: no wallet to fund and no inventory to hold | A commission on sales your referral link generates |
| Ancillary products (lounge access, fast track, meet & greet) | Pricing is set per partner, based on volume and channel | Agreed with the Zetexa partner team |

Pricing questions
Yes. Each agent tier operates through a funded wallet and sets its own markup on top of wholesale pricing. With the API's agent hierarchy you control pricing at each tier individually.
Agents top up their balance, set their own markup on top of wholesale pricing, and the wallet is debited as they sell. Refunds and top-ups run through the same system.
API agents and resellers do: resellers' accounts are set up with starting credit, and the wallet is debited at the agreed reseller pricing. The affiliate program does not: it is commission-only, so you never fund a wallet or hold inventory.
Yes. The API supports a full agent hierarchy — Master Agent, Sub-Agents and Retail Resellers — with role-based permissions, so you control pricing, refunds and reporting at each tier individually.
An API integration can be tested end to end in a sandbox environment that mirrors production, including ancillary attachment and billing reads, before you move to production.
